Mitchell is the oldest of her three sisters; her two sisters are Kristina Kristie Mitchell (the the tiniest) Mitchell and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In June 2010 it was announced that her part in Criminal Minds would be reduced in the sixth season. Brewster's character might have been removed from the series by the month of March in 2011.
