Sharon Yvonne Stone is the only child of Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, who was a manufacturer of tool and dies, as well as a former worker in a factory. Sharon was born on the 10th of March, 1958, in Meadville Pennsylvania. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her siblings. Stone was considered to be an academically talented child when she began two grades when she was five. She graduated from Saegertown High School in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. Winner of Miss Crawford County, she also participated in Miss Pennsylvania. Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone relocated with her aunt from New Jersey, where she began a modeling career. A month later, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. After that, she moved back to Europe and spent an entire year living in Milan in Italy and Paris. Stone was unhappy with the modeling market in Europe, and chose to concentrate on acting. She was 20 when she appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" with mixed receptions.
